Because most items are custom designed and manufactured by me, returns are not possible unless the product is defective. Defective products must not show signs of misuse or mishandling. The customer acknowledges in purchasing these items that 3D printed parts can be fragile and may break during installation.

That said, all items are designed for intended purpose and are tested and checked before shipping for quality. If your item needs modification for your intended use, please send me an email and I’ll see if changes could be made.
